If your NHS hearing aid is faulty and in need of repair then please post it to the Audiology department, along with your name, address, date of birth and a short description of the problem to:

Audiology Department, Mountainhall Treatment Centre, Bankend Road, Dumfries DG1 4AP

PLEASE USE A LARGE STAMP

The Audiology Team will try and repair hearing aids on the day they receive them and will post them back the same day via First Class post.

If you are reluctant to post both of your hearing aids out, feel free to send them in one at a time.

Drop In’s Closed

Please Be Aware: The Castle Douglas drop-in will be closed tomorrow (22nd August 2019) as we don’t have access to the Gordon Memorial Hall. In addition, the Dental Centre in Dumfries and The Health Centre in Newton Stewart will be closed on Monday 26th August 2019 due to the Bank Holiday We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Kelloholm drop-in MOVED

Drop-in Closed 6th May
