For those who live within Dumfries and Galloway and have NHS hearing aids and require wires/domes or moulds:
Please phone Audiology on 01387 241499 or email dg.audiologydgri@nhs.scot and Audiology will send you the what you need.
If you need new batteries these can now be found at various locations throughout our region
If your NHS hearing aid is faulty and in need of repair then please send it along with your name, address, date of birth and a short description of the problem to:
Audiology Department,
Mountainhall Treatment Centre,
Bankend Road,
Dumfries DG1 4AP
The Audiology Team will try and repair hearing aids on the day they receive them and will post them back the same day via First Class post.
If you are reluctant to post both of your hearing aids out, feel free to send them in one at a time.
