During the Covid19 outbreak we would ask our service users within Dumfries and Galloway to contact Dumfries and Galloway Audiology department on 01387 241499 or via email at: dg.audiologydgri@nhs.scot and they can send you new batteries, wires and/or domes. Audiology now have a website where you can access their latest advice https://dghscp.co.uk/audiology/
If you are unable to maintain your own hearing aid or they’re no longer working, please post them to: Audiology Department, Mountainhall Treatment Centre, Bankend Road, Dumfries, DG1 4AP and they can repair or maintain them and post them back to you. Please make sure you supply your name, address and date-of -birth with any request and provide a brief description of the problem if you are sending your aids to be repaired.
If you are reluctant to be without both aids, please feel free to post them in one at a time.
DO NOT visit Audiology as you WILL NOT be seen.
