Dumfries and Galloway NHS Audiology department have notified us that they are phasing out the Phonak Micro hearing aid and will therefore no longer supply our clinics with new stock for this aid. When it comes to your 6 monthly maintenance, instead of coming to our clinics, can you please contact the audiology department who can supply you with new slim tubes/domes and book you in for a re-assessment and upgrade.
For those of you with the new Phonak Nova hearing aid, our volunteers do not yet have access to this stock, so please contact audiology for these slim tubes and domes as well.
