The Robert Burns Centre will be showing a BSL Interpreted film in Dumfries:

The story centres around a heavy metal drummer (Riz Ahmed) whose life is thrown into freefall when he begins to lose his hearing.
All screenings of the film feature onscreen captions for the hard of hearing, a decision taken by the film-makers so as not to exclude anyone who might suffer from some form of hearing loss.
BSL Interpreter, Karen Edmondson will be in attendance (9th June only) and The RBCFT is fitted with a loop induction system.
There is also headsets able to provide an auditory description system for blind or partially sighted customers (please ask at reception or prior to booking).
