The group has been in operation since April 2008 and became a charity in 2014. The group has developed into offering Basic Hearing Aid Maintenance Training sessions to care home staff, volunteers, home carers and other organisations. We also offer a drop-in service to Care Homes in the region, offering training and support to staff and managing the maintenance of hearing aids to residents that are unable to attend our usual community drop-in sessions.
